| flawed test scores |
so much for blogger auto saving posts, now i have to type this again. o well
a international test was going well until somehow the USA reading or writing section had a error found and needed to be thrown out. obviously since we were the only ones to have this error, and i believe the test was created in English than translated to other languages, there is nothing shady at all about this. there is some program that wants to test every 3 years to evaluate how we are doing. is it possible that the scores were thrown out just because they were bad? i think its possible. apparently there is a copy of the flawed page on the NY times sight or something. its there so if anyone can find the error good for them. one of the students in class could not find the error but admits they are no reading/writing pro. regardless i think its rather stupid that scores are being thrown out over like one question on a whole test and that its a big deal. the whole American education system is off key and something needs to be done. and by that i do Not mean NCLB. eww |
